By The Overpass is a literary magazine of poetry, fiction and art published by Overpass Books. Overpass Books is a small independent press based in Brooklyn, N.Y. Established in the late fall/early winter of 2010, OVRPS has been advocating an artistic community of writing and art, while publishing the literary magazine By The Overpass.
